Enjoy!

Springtime, don't you just love it? I love going out in the mornings and hearing the birds sing. A small warm breeze and lots of sunshine. That is a beautiful morning to me. I love looking out in our fields and seeing all the green grass and the trees putting on their leaves. The thing I love the most is creeks I could sit for hours listening to the water roll down the creek, especially when it is going over a small waterfall. We have several little creeks on our property and after a good rain they roll and can be pretty loud at times. It is a beautiful sight.

We like to take Kyleigh out a few times every spring and summer to play in the creek. She loves throwing rocks in the water. I am looking forward to taking Emma this year, but I know that will be a challenge because she is so much like Shasta, she will probably just dive right in. Maybe we should wait until the water warms up and make sure we have some extra clothes with us...lol...she is adorable and such a tough little stinker. Kyleigh is more like her Mom, sensitive and a little shy. Kyleigh doesn't like for water to be splashed in her face and neither did Leanne when she was young. Emma (just like Shasta) will pour the water down her face, so she will definitely be a challenge when we go to the creek and pool this summer.

I think we are so blessed to be living in the country where we can enjoy all the beautiful things that God has created anytime we want. We definitely don't need to take the beauty for granted.
