Wow, I can't believe it has been almost 2 months since I wrote. I am really glad that 2010 is over because it hasn't been the best year for the Cole's, so I am thankful that 2011 is finally here. I just can't believe that February is almost over. Time goes by way too fast these days.
I am looking forward to March, because it is a wonderful month for us. We have 3 birthday's & a wedding. Our daughter Shasta is marrying her childhood sweetheart Jeremy Nichols. I always thought that Wayne & I were that, because we have been together since 9th grade, but they are the real deal. They have been together on & off since the 3rd or 4th grade. She actually moved back from Chicago for him. We are very excited to have Jeremy a part of our family. He makes her very happy so that makes me happy.
Wayne is building her a huge arch, a stage and a walkway on our land above our cabin. The reception will be in a barn that is on family land. They both have been a huge undertaking, especially the barn. I am anxious to see the final product, I'm hoping it will be beautiful and she will have the most awesome day. Pictures to come later.
The next wonderful awesome thing that is happening, is we are going to be Memee & Papaw again. Our son Brandon & his wife Bethany are expecting a precious baby girl in May. We are so looking forward to seeing her beautiful little face & holding her in our arms. Excited that Kyleigh & Emma will have a little cousin that they can teach how to dance & play barbies. Of course, I am really hoping she will have a little tomboy in her & want to play sports, especially basketball.
God has blessed us so much over the years & am so thankful for all of those blessings. I am hoping that 2011 will be a wonderful year for every one in my family and that we continue to just love each other and stay a close family!
