Brandon & Bethany Cole
Well as I promised, now I will write about Twin B, my athletic son Brandon. You would be totally surprised if you had seen him as a little boy. As a toddler he was of course always wanting someone to be in the room with him and wanted to be the center of attention although he was very shy. Even at an early age he was very competitive, he hated losing at anything from cards, yard darts, ping pong and especially basketball. Even if he had never played the sport in his life he would work and work until he mastered it and was the best. Mamaw always let him win, but I made him work at it probably because I am pretty competitive myself....lol! It used to make him so mad that he would kick the wall or wood pile when I beat him in ping pong. He can slaughter me at ping pong now!
Hunting Trio
I traveled all over the country with him taking him to basketball games and practice. He was in AAU games and National tournaments in Florida, Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana, Memphis, Texas & Louisiana from the time he was 11 to 17. He got a full basketball scholarship to John Brown University in Northwest Arkansas. During his career there he broke a ton of records not only the school records but also SAC conference records. He also holds 2 National Records, most consecutive 3's scored and most 3's ever scored in basketball history. His junior year at JBU they won the NAIA National Tournament in Kansas City and he was named MVP of the tournament and also 1st team All American, of which he got every year (2nd team his first year). His senior year he was named to the National Champions of Character Team and also MVP of the Year.
The Original Five
Even with all his accomplishments and all the praises people have given him he is still a wonderful person and not at all conceited. He attributes all his accomplishments in his life to God. He played professional basketball in Germany and New Zealand before coming back to Arkansas where he worked for a year in Little Rock as a trainer for Absolute Athlete and a year in Siloam Springs working for Fellowship of Christian Athletes, during this time he was ordained as a minister. He just started a new job in Bentonville as an assistant basketball coach for the High School.
Brandon, Bethany, Kyleigh & Emma
Brandon is twin B because he was born 2 minutes after Shasta of which she will never let him forget (that he is the baby of the family). Brandon is now and has always been both of his sister's biggest fans. He has always been a great (and annoying when little) brother to Leanne & Shasta. Watching him with his nieces Kyleigh & Emma convinces me that he will be an awesome father one day. He is great with them and is such a help to Leanne even when she doesn't ask him, he just jumps in there and starts helping her. Brandon is married to Bethany Sites Cole whom he met in college.

I love you Brandon and am very proud of the man you have become. God has totally blessed Wayne & I with 3 of the most wonderful kids and as I have said before I am one very thankful Mom.
I miss my Pee Wee!
