COCA COLA SALAD

Several people has asked for my Coca Cola Salad Recipe which was handed down to me from my wonderful Ma Ma (grandmother) that I miss dearly. She passed away September 20, 2002. Every single day since then I have wished that I could pick up the phone & call her......Luv that woman!!!!!!

Coca Cola Salad

1 Large box Cherry Jello
1 can Dark Sweet Cherries
1 small can Crushed Pineapples
1 8 oz box Cream Cheese
1 cup of Pecan Pieces
1 20 oz bottle of Coke

Drain juice from Cherries & Pineapples in large saucepan
Chop Cherries & Cream Cheese into small pieces & set all aside
Cook until juice comes to a boil. Turn off heat.
Slowly stir in Cherry Jello (Stir well)
Let set for 5 minutes then pour Coke into juice.
Pour into large container (I use a Tupperware dish)
Add fruit, cheese & pecans, mix well
Refrigerate until well jelled
